Cheerful and friendly staff are one of the fundamental prerequisites for our guests to feel comfortable here at the Schmelzhof. We for one realize this and are constantly striving to create a great working environment with excellent conditions for our staff. As seriously as we take our work responsibilities we also realise the fun factor should not be lost, thus working together and eating together. We are exceptionally proud of our team and trust our staff explicitly to indulge our guests.

: Winter is finally here... and this is just the beginning; 40 – 80cm are pected this week. Therefore there's nothing to get in the way of the Schmelzhof opening on Thursday! Robert's off to wax his skis.

: Duzi's last beautiful summer bouqet. She has provided us with so many pretty bouquets. Now nature is getting quieter, and everything is poised for winter.

: On a Sunday morning in October, Winter made a little visit. The snow canons are already in the starting blocks. Grandmother has had to trample a little path in the snow. Doesn't this winter landscape look magnificent? We are very happy that Jack Frost has awakened again.

: Woohoo, it's snowing! October 7th and the first snow is here. Bring on the winter!
